Jacopo, Buriana Gradizzolo, Pignoletto, Trebbiano, Sauvignon, Verdicchio

GRAPE : Pignoletto, Trebbiano, Sauvignon, Verdicchio
REGION: Bologna, Emilia Romagna

GOOD TO KNOW: Jacopo Stigliano choose the vineyards in the hilly area of Monteveglio, near Bologna. The vineyards are very old (from 60 to 90 yrs) and grown “wild”. Buriana gets its name from “Buran” or “Burian” a Siberian wind that brings storm and cold wind. Buriana is like sipping into a “gust of aromas and parfumes”. Azienda Gradizzolo, where the wine is bottled is a family-run very small winery, a meeting place of great territorial wines and gastronomy.
TASTE : delicate, dry, fruity.
